What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged — there is no card on file. Your access pauses and your tracked brands and settings are kept. Pick a plan whenever you are ready and everything is exactly where you left it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click, effective at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. No calls, no retention flows, no forms.
Do you offer refunds?
Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires, but because you can cancel anytime and billing is monthly, the most you ever have at stake is one month.
Is there an annual plan?
Not yet. Founding monthly pricing is locked for life while your subscription stays active — early customers keep their rate even as list prices rise.
How many seats do I get?
Starter includes 1 seat, Pro includes 3, and Scale includes unlimited seats. There is no per-seat pricing — a seat never costs extra, and everyone you invite shares the same shelf. Invite teammates under Account, then Team.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Disconnect any platform at any time to stop collection immediately. On request we delete your account and personal data within 30 days — see our Privacy Policy.
