Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from Adshelf at any time:

Disconnect a connected account

Meta: in the Adshelf dashboard, open Integrations in the left sidebar and click Disconnect on the Meta card. Adshelf deletes the stored access token immediately and stops reading that ad account. You can also remove Adshelf in Meta Business Settings (Integrations → Connected apps), which revokes its access on Meta's side.

Shopify: uninstall the Adshelf app from your Shopify admin.

Delete your data

1. To delete the ad data Adshelf stored from a connected Meta account, email privacy@adshelf.app from your account email with the subject "Delete my Meta data".
2. To delete your whole Adshelf account and everything tied to it, email privacy@adshelf.app from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request".

We will delete the requested data within 30 days and confirm by email. Aggregate, non-identifying records (such as publicly available advertisement data) are not tied to your identity and are unaffected.
