Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from Adshelf at any time:

Disconnect a platform

In Settings → Integrations, remove a connected platform (for example Meta or Shopify). This revokes our access immediately and stops all further data collection from that platform.

Delete your account and data

1. Email privacy@adshelf.app from your account email with the subject "Account deletion request", or
2. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also initiate deletion from your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Apps and Websites → Adshelf → Remove), which sends us an automated deletion request.

We will delete your account, credentials, and personal data within 30 days and confirm by email. Aggregate, non-identifying records (such as publicly available advertisement data) are not tied to your identity and are unaffected.
